Through their effective Mental Health Workplace Blueprint, they provide organisations and their employees with the tools to create a culture where ‘it is ok not to be ok’ and where seeking help is normalised. 

Through this partnership, Readiness is pleased to be able to offer our clients a variety of Mental Health Movement’s highly interactive digital mental health educational resources on our platform, as well as on-site mental health training programs for organisations requiring more comprehensive, organisation-wide development in this space.

Life Again are a registered not-for-profit charity and foundation which delivers meaningful preventative and positive mental health programs and cultural education initiatives.

Through this partnership, Readiness offers our clients access to Life Again’s preventative mental health workshops and unique Aboriginal Cultural Immersion experience to further extend their internal employee wellbeing program, whilst Life Again will use the Readiness complete wellbeing platform to monitor and assess the wellbeing outcomes of its programs.

With a team of experienced clinical dietitians on-hand, The Good Nutrition Co. can not only provide our clients with expert nutrition educational resources to further bolster our Readiness resources library, but also provide corporate nutrition education sessions for clients requiring specialist support in this area of their employee wellbeing program. The Good Nutrition Co. also support any individual employees needing nutrition guidance via telehealth sessions.

Readiness is pleased to have partnered with Converge International to provide our clients with access to their well-respected People Assist Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Should one of our client’s employees need it, the People Assist EAP Program provides strategies and support to individuals and managers across the spectrum of personal and work-based issues. This includes access to a range of professional counsellors who can assist and support the employee in areas such as personal and work issues, financial issues, legal issues, career assistance, lifestyle assistance, workplace or personal conflict or family issues. 

Sleep is the cornerstone of positive mental health and wellbeing and our partner Peak Sleep to Elite works with elite athletes, professionals and organisations across the globe to help people optimise their sleep and biology rhythms to enhance health, wellbeing and performance.
